What every visit records
When you open a menu we count the visit, which dishes you open, and your approximate city, region and country (worked out from your connection). We don't store your IP address, and these counts aren't linked to you.
If you tap Accept
We set a random ID in your browser and load advertising tags from Meta, TikTok and Google. That lets the restaurant whose menu you viewed show you its specials and events on those platforms. We keep the restaurants you visited, the dishes you opened and your approximate city for up to 13 months. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
If you tap Only necessary
No ID, no advertising tags. The menu works exactly the same. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as Only necessary automatically.
Changing your mind
Clear this site's cookies and you'll be asked again on your next visit. Choosing Only necessary deletes anything stored under your ID. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, send a note through the contact form at lovelately.co.
Restaurant owners and staff
Owner and staff accounts use separate cookies and separate advertising accounts. Diner data is never combined with them.
